 We confirm that the shipment specified in the attached statement to the referred bill of lading in Alayh complies with its shipping requirements, provided that the external packaging of the chemical materials is labeled with its scientific name UN and warning signs according to the classification of dangerous goods (nine categories). We also commit to attaching the chemical safety data sheet (MSDS) with the shipment in accordance with national and international safety and aviation regulations. Furthermore, we commit that if it is found that the materials in this shipment were not previously approved for shipment, do not conform to the clearance during customs inspection, or have a delayed clearance of more than 10 days from the date of arrival, we will take responsibility for repackaging and reshipping the materials at our own expense and will bear the applicable legal penalties for this violation. Additionally, we will provide a specialized chemist to attend the inspection of the chemical materials included in this shipment, in coordination with the Saudi customs.
