Article ( 102) of the Unified Customs Law for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries states that: “Imports of ammunition, weapons, equipment, military transportation vehicles and their components, as well as any other materials, for the armed forces and internal security forces, in all their sectors, are exempt from customs taxes and fees. This exemption may be extended to other materials by a decision of the Council of Ministers or the authorized authority in each country.
