Al Fasah Direct Company offers its customers a service of obtaining customs exemptions after correcting the customs items and classifying each item according to the standard requirements in order to avoid customers from linking their commodity insurance with cash and avoiding them from being deprived of the facilitation feature as a result of errors in classification.

Customs exemptions can be defined as a feature provided by the state according to its goals and reasons, and the amount of exemption varies according to the reasons and goals, including full or partial exemptions from customs duties and each type has its own conditions.
Shared provisions
- The provisions of the exemptions included in this section apply to the goods included in the exemption, whether imported directly or indirectly, or purchased from customs warehouses or free zones, as long as the conditions set by the administration are followed.
- In case of disagreement about the goods specified in this section, whether subject to “duties” or exempt from them, the General Manager shall decide in this disagreement.
